Returns /Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order. Our returns policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000) which outline your rights to cancel. You may cancel your order up to 7 days of receipt of the goods and MUST return goods back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact (us) AlternateStyle first, to arrange returns. Due to the nature of our products we would not be able to agree to a refund for any damage caused to the original packaging. AlternateStyle can only accept returns on orders in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Please be aware that, the cost for the original and return postage shall be borne by the customer and would be deducted from any refund in accordance with EU law. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Please state in your cancellation email details of the order ID, Item name, your name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number) used for original purchase, your reason for cancelling (to help us improve our customer care).
