YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order should you change your mind at any time during your online shopping process or immediately after your purchase. Please email us immediately if you decide you do not want to purchase the product you have ordered.You will be fully refunded, In your email provide the order ID if known, Item name, your name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), your reason for canceling (to help us improve our customer care) and details of payment method. If left longer than 24 hours please bear in mind that it might take a little longer to prepare refunds back to you.

This is to provide our customers much needed assurance that all sensitive information would not and cannot be intercepted by any other parties, order and delivery details would come to us in order to process the order whilst payment information would be dealt by PayPal.

RETURNS
Alternatestyle accepts reasonable returns; however due to the nature of some of our products, it can be difficult to accept returns once certain items have been opened and or used. We can only accept returns on items that have been found to be faulty or has not been tampered with. As such we advice that should you change your mind about a product you have purchased, notify us immediately of your intentions. We have endeavored to present all our items with the most accurate description as well as graphic depictions so customers have a confident knowledge of what they are purchasing. We are also confident that our prices are comparably cheaper for the highest quality and all prices displayed includes VAT which means that our customers can expect to pay no extra hidden charges. All delivered items would contain information on how and where to return items back to us (AlternateStyle. Delivered items would have to be returned no longer than 5 days from date of receipt in its original condition, packaged with labels and tags in place and an explanation. Please note that customers would have to bear the cost for any returns. We also advice that returns are recorded and any tracing codes are forwarded to us. Customers who wish to return delivered items need to email us first and foremost to let us know of their intentions, we would also like for you to notify us in your email if you would want a full refund or a substitute item in exchange for any refunds.
We can only accept returns only if:
*You believe we have sent you a different item model, colour or size to the one you saw and purchased.
*If you received your purchased item damaged or defective.
*If you change your mind after purchase please email as soon as possible.
We cannot accept Returns for reasons such as:
*Item size too small or too big. We advice that customers check sizes and products before going ahead with purchases.
Once returns have been received by us we would send you confirmation to set your mind at rest and also advice you to proceed with your exchange request, whatever it may be.
Please ensure you keep all packaging until you are totally satisfied with your purchased item before discarding as this would shorten the returns/exchange processing time.
Your email purchase invoice is also your receipt so please hold on to it for your record.
